I am so irritated with my HP laptop!
I only on it like the 2nd time and it died on me!
Had stupid lines on the screen and it just hanged!
Grr!
And I forced it to off and then I could not on it.
Thought it was a monitor prob since I see only black screen.
Finally can on and then it had the lines again and hanged on me again.
My bro say most likely a hardware problem.
Ahh and the stupid service centre is super far away.
Totally spoil my day.
(Another note is that their service was rather good though - sent an sms to me the next day stating who was in charge of the servicing and a number I could call; then they called me up the next next day, although a lil early at like 9.30am, to inform me that they had ordered the parts for replacement. )
